Job description
We are looking for ambitious and energetic business development managers having a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new sales. The candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.
Responsibilities:
- Building the business within assigned territory using a variety of sales techniques.
- Identifying leading schools with business potential and exploring business opportunities.
- Deliver quality demonstrations of K12App services to schools based on their needs and priorities.
- Negotiating proposals and closing sales to generate revenue.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets and activity-based targets.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA or Bachelor degree in any domain.
- Results-oriented, self-starter who strategically plans for success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Should have the ability to negotiate with clients and handle objections with ease.
- Strong sales track record and a proven ability to hit targets and win new business.
- Must have own bike, smart phone and laptop.
- Exposure in educational domain (Preferred).
