We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager having a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new sales. The candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.
- Find new targets and leads through telephone canvassing and cold calling.
- Promote the sales of K12App in schools by assessing their business requirements.
- Identify potential schools and schedule meetings with key decision makers.
- Manage product demonstration, negotiation and closing of deals.
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new schools.
- Building and managing strong relationships with new and existing schools.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication or marketing.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT Sales.
- Exposure in education domain will be preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Results-oriented, self-starter who can strategically plan for success.
- Strong email and contact search skills for identifying and reaching out to the decision makers.
- Excellent communication skills- fluency in verbal and written English is an absolute must.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong sales track record and a proven ability to hit targets and win new business.
- Ability and willingness to travel anywhere, anytime.
- Must have bike, smart phone and laptop.
