Job description

We are looking for young graduates with good communication and active listing skills to join our team as a customer support executive to help us develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. To be successful in this position, you must possess excellent communication, empathy and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and transferring them to the relevant department.
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Building strong customer relationships.
  • Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.
  • Fixing appointments based on the availability of customers and clients.
  • Assisting customers if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.
  • Conducting surveys to collect data about customer satisfaction and brand awareness.
  • Informing the customers about updates, promotions and policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in customer care role.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving Skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Professional approach in answering calls.
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in photoshop or illustrator preferred.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with clients.
  • Prior experience as a telecaller or customer care executive will be a plus.
