We are looking to hire energetic, competitive, Customer Support executive to answer incoming calls and help in software implementation and training.
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries.
- Providing onsite and remote support to schools on a daily basis.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with internal team to resolve customer issues.
- Assist sales team in software implementation and training.
- Coordinate for office events as the need be.
- Any Graduate who is well versed with Internet and Google Search.
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
- Exposure to education domain will be an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Professional approach in answering calls.
- Should have a strong background in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- must have strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with client.
- Should be willing to travel. Must have smart phone and laptop.
