We are looking to hire customer support executives to resolve customer concerns and help in software implementation and training.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries.
- Generate leads through cold calling and internet search.
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
- Record customer information within our customer service database.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Assist sales team as and when required.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
- Coordinate for office events as the need be.
- Any Graduate who is well versed with Internet and Google Search.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Professional approach in answering calls
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with client.
- Must be willing to travel as and when required.
