We are looking to hire customer support executives to answer incoming calls and help us in software implementation and training. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries.
- Generating leads through phone calls and internet search.
- Setting up meetings with school principals and directors for product demonstration.
- Providing onsite and remote support to schools in implementing our services.
- Giving software demos and presentations.
- Handling software implementation and training.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within required guidelines.
- Any Graduate who has IT background with good technical skill.
- Strong email and contact search skills for identifying and reaching out to the decision makers.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to understand client needs and present a relevant solution.
- Knowledge of Photoshop will be an added advantage.
