We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking candidate as a tele caller executive for generating leads through outbound calls.
- Generate leads through outbound calls and email activity.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and calls between customers and sales team.
- Answer phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Assist sales team in achieving targeted revenue.
- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
- Meet and exceed lead/meeting targets and activity-based targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Must be proficient in outbound calling.
- Strong email and contact search skills for identifying and reaching out to the decision makers.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Solution oriented with effective problem solving skills.
- Must have knowledge of MS Office.
- Good in communication and customer handling.
- Exposure to SaaS based selling will be an advantage.
