Job description

We are looking to hire customer support executives to resolve customer concerns and help in software implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and providing information about company products and services.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
  • Taking care of inbound and outbound calls for sales and complaints of the customers.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
  • Generating qualified leads through cold calling and internet search.
  • Assisting sales team as and when required.
  • Coordinating for office events as the need be.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Any Graduate who is well versed with Internet and Google Search.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Professional approach in answering calls
  • Good knowledge of MS-Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
