We are looking to hire customer support executives to resolve customer concerns and help in software implementation.
- Answering calls and providing information about company products and services.
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Taking care of inbound and outbound calls for sales and complaints of the customers.
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
- Generating qualified leads through cold calling and internet search.
- Assisting sales team as and when required.
- Coordinating for office events as the need be.
- Any Graduate who is well versed with Internet and Google Search.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Professional approach in answering calls
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
