Job description
We are looking for young graduates with good communication and active listing skills to join our team as a customer support executive to help us develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. To be successful in this position, you must possess excellent communication, empathy and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and transferring them to the relevant department.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Building strong customer relationships.
- Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.
- Fixing appointments based on the availability of customers and clients.
- Assisting customers if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it.
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.
- Conducting surveys to collect data about customer satisfaction and brand awareness.
- Informing the customers about updates, promotions and policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Any Graduate who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in customer care role.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving Skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Professional approach in answering calls.
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in photoshop or illustrator preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with clients.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or customer care executive will be a plus.
