Job description

We are looking for ambitious and energetic business development managers having a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new sales. The candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.

Responsibilities:

  • Building the business within assigned territory using a variety of sales techniques.
  • Visiting schools in and around the assigned location and exploring business opportunities.
  • Demonstrating our K12App services to meet the needs of the schools.
  • Handling objections, negotiating proposals and closing sales to generate revenue.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and activity-based targets.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales or Business Development role.
  • Preferably MBA or Bachelor degree in any domain.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter who strategically plan for success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Should have the ability to negotiate with clients and handle objections with ease.
  • Strong sales track record and a proven ability to hit targets and win new business.
  • Exposure in educational domain (Preferred).
  • Must have own bike, smart phone and laptop.
